Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these policies. If I find you to break these policies intentionally, you will be publically called out and no longer able to commission me.
1. General Terms & copyright
- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.- Please send a clear digital reference of the desired character. NO NSFW REFERENCES please.- Once the commission is finished, you are free to use it however you like, such as but not limited to: Profile pictures, banners, carrd elements, etc. All I ask for is proper credit for the piece! Artwork may be used to create stickers and such as long as it is not for profit.- My artwork may NOT be used as an NFT [non-fungible token], violation of this will result in a public callout & you will be blacklisted.- Do not claim my artwork as your own.- Do not copy or trace my artwork.
2. Payment
- All my prices are in USD- I only accept payment through Ko-Fi and PayPal- I will NOT issue refunds [exception: If I am no longer able to finish the piece, you will receive a full refund.]
3. Process
“Major Changes” = adding/removing limbs, changing positions & facial expressions.

- I will provide digital WIPs [Work-In-Procress] throughout the process.- Please ask for major changes in the sketch stage, they are free. Major changes on completed piece will result in another charge.- minor changes [such as coloring mistakes] are allowed free of charge at any time.Note) I will never proceed with the piece unless you communicate with me that it is satisfactory.- Turnaround times may vary, I ask that you allow up to 3 months maximum for the finished piece—if I surpass this and still have not started, you will receive a full refund if desired.- Once completed, I can either email you the piece or you can receive a Google Drive with the piece to obtain the best quality.- You are more than welcome to ask for updates at any time!

Prices & Examples
- Solid Colored Backgrounds can be added for free upon request.
- Additional characters will cost %50 of the original price.
